Consultation
On publication of the project proposals below, the TSOs are launching a consultation in accordance with Article 27(3) of the CAM NC. Market participants are invited to submit their comments on the published project proposals in writing, in an electronic format suitable for further processing, by sending an email to info(at)fnb-gas.de no later than on 19 December 2017.
Once the consultation is closed, the TSOs plan to publish all consultation responses on the FNB Gas Capacity website. Respondents should therefore mark any statements or parts of their responses they do not wish to be published.

Special Note for Consultation Border DE/AT
Regarding the border DE/AT a technical study is merely conducted on the Austrian side (see www.gasconnect.at), because at the German side enough existing capacity is available to serve the capacities requested in the demand assessment phase. However, the consultation is closely coordinated with the respective TSOs on the German side, especially bayernets GmbH. The deadline for this consultation is one moth only until 19 Nov 2017.
